As soon as it is made - its a delightful meal or snack or whatever ! Then some of it remains and get stored in a container in the fridge.I have used it as a grilled sandwich filling,made rolls by filling it in rotis,made open toasts and used the bhaji as a topping....so on...
Vegetables are always blacklisted by kids - this dish is one way of making them eat vegetables...:)
Last visit to the supermarket,my son picked some pizza base from the bakery section.Well, it was his idea to have the pizza made with pav bhaji as topping..........added some mozzarella and a pinch of oregano for flavor and baked it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
